Ideal for mums and babies from birth to 1 year, Lullabies baby massage courses include handouts and diagrams of the massage strokes so that it's easy for you to recreate at home. I am also a certified sleep coach, lactation consultant (IBCLC), childrens' nurse and baby-weaning facilitator, these qualifications bring added benefits to parents attending the 5-week baby massage course. Held in a cosy, comfortable venue with free parking and refreshments available to purchase, these 90-minute sessions are perfect for creating a supportive community of mums.
