Tots & Tones- Exercise with childcare & music class 0-4 yrs old!

Join us for a fun-filled session starting with a workout led by our expert Personal Trainer Lou, followed by a music class with our qualified Music Teacher, Joy! Enjoy fitness classes tailored for mums, high-quality childcare for your little ones, and a music play session for babies and toddlers (0-4 years old). Lou & Joy are both mums too and wants to build an amazing, strong mum community.

Start with 45 minutes of exercise while our nannies care for your little ones, then bond with your child during a lively music play session.

After the class, relax with our dedicated coffee and breakfast menu, available from 10:15am, and catch up with friends.
