Sessions are run by:
Lisa Adair. Lisa is a Registered Paediatric/NICU Nurse, International board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), sleep coach and infant massage teacher with extensive experience guiding new parents through the immediate postpartum period, breastfeeding and infant care. With over 20 years working with babies & families, she believes that empowerment through knowledge, community and support are essential for every family.
Nicola Oliver, Qualified Midwife, MSc., Postnatal Fitness Instructor. With over 10 years of experience in antenatal care, Nicola brings her expertise in all aspects of pregnancy, labour, birth, hypnobirthing and postnatal care. She believes that a good birth experience begins with education so that parents to be are comfortable and secure in their birth choices.
