Join me for my new combined course Gentle beginnings. This 4-week course combines full baby massage, introduction to baby yoga, introduction to baby sign language, rhymes and stories for introduce language

Over the 4 weeks you’ll:
Learn gentle techniques to soothe and comfort your baby

Discover strokes to ease tummy and digestive discomfort

Learn basis signs that you can incorporate into your daily routine to enhance that connection with your baby.

Rhymes and Stories to help develop speech and language.

Connect with other parents in a calm, baby-led space

Enjoy time to slow down, bond, and be fully present
