Tots & Tones

You are SO welcome to join us at Tots & Tones. Two classes and one trip!  Tots & Tones includes a Mum strength training workout led by Lou our pre & postnatal trained PT, followed by music classes led by our Music Teacher Joy, for you both to enjoy.

Our fitness class is open to all levels of fitness - so do not worry. You can bring your little one along and we will provide mats and toys for them to keep them entertained.

Our Music class includes lots of songs, percussion instruments, ribbons, lycra, parachutes and the list goes on. Music and singing songs helps children in so many different ways!

We have created a beautiful and supportive mum community which we would LOVE you to be a part of.
