Whether you’re expecting, a new mum, or a mum whose children are all grown up, this morning is for you. 💕
This month, we’re delighted to welcome Ashley Green, founder of @greenheartwellbeing.earth . Ashley is a Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology specialist based in Dubai. Ashley will share practical insights from her coaching work and introduce The Strength Spiral — a strengths-based approach designed to help women flourish through life’s challenges and transitions. 💚
We’re also excited to welcome @eden.homespa for the first time. Their team will be providing relaxing massages throughout the morning.
Joining us as well is Julia, founder of @milkandbeyondibclc. Julia is an IBCLC from the UK and spent 14 years as an NHS Specialist Neonatal Nurse. Julia will be available throughout the morning to answer questions and offer support.
The lovely ladies from @sublimenursing will be available throughout the morning with the well baby clinic to check your baby’s and answer any questions. They will also be on hand to help care for your little ones, so you can relax and enjoy the morning. 💕
