Hi, I’m Aneeka — founder of Love Laugh Dream and mum to two little boys (4 & 1). With over 6 years of experience as a baby massage and yoga instructor, and now newly qualified in baby sign language, I’m so excited to bring you something truly special 🤍

Gentle Beginnings is a nurturing blend of:

🌿 Introduction to Baby Yoga
🌿 Baby Sign Language
🌿 Rhymes & Story Time

Each 60-minute, baby-led session is designed to support you and your little one in a calm, relaxing, and safe space. More than just a class, it’s a chance to slow down, connect deeply with your baby, and meet other parents on the same journey.
