Mums & Bubs fitness classes with nanny support.

Are you worried about working out during your pregnancy? Or struggling to fit in a workout now your new addition is here? (I was too)…not anymore, look no further, I'm here to help!

1-1 PT sessions and Mums & Bubs Classes are run by Sam - The Mummy Coach - Internationally trained Pre and Post natal PT, and new mummy.

Bring your little one, workout, and they play/be next to you (my Nannies take care of them).

It’s time to get a bit of ‘you’ time alongside other mummies & mummies to be.

Location: 

Arabian Ranches 1

Group classes: Mon 10am,  Thurs 10.30am

AED100 each. Bring towel, exercise mat, water, and your little one’s fav toy.

Classes are inside so no need to worry about the heat!

All fitness levels & stages of pregnancy and post-partum welcome.

1-1 PT: speak to Sam regarding timings and price packages.
